I developed a group nursing research blog three years ago: Show me the evidence! I haven't revisited template tools on blogger for quite awhile-- I'm amazed at all the functionality that has been added. ( for folks who like travel-- I have a small travel blog-- but haven't updated it in quite awhile)
As part of our homework assignment, the hardest of the 7 1/2 lifelong learning skills for me is viewing problems as a challenge. I often tend to view the myriad of problems that crop up during a busy day as another annoyance that has to be dealt with. I promise to try to see them in a more positive light; as an opportunity to learn something new or to think about how to change the system so this problem doesn't keep cropping up. One of the skills that comes a bit easier for me is being confidant about new learnings. In fact, sometimes I might be a little too confidant-- I tend to just jump in and start using a new technology and only later realize that if I thought things through more carefully, I might have ended up with a better product.
